Not a great idea. One of our users attempted it but it was waaaaaay toooo slow. They eventually came to the idea that if they needed to schedule a patient at their sister clinic, which is also using Schedule XP, LogMeIn would work. I used it once and would only recommend it in a pinch.
It is possible to set up Schedule XP to handle multiple sites. See the "How Do I do that?" section of this web site for more information.
