Go to the Utilities tab in Schedule XP and click the Back Up/Repair button. Click the Back Up button on the form and a back up copy of your data file will be created in the same folder as the orginal with the current date and time attatched.
You may use the browse button to select a custom back up location if you wish. Note...The error you get when selecting a custom back up location has been fixed in version 6.02
