You can restore a previous backup. If no backup exists, you are stuck re-entering all the data again.
There are several things you can do to prevent people for formatting the database.
Make sure users do not have access. Uncheck the format database option in the User Preferences form for each user.
If users don't need access to the User Preference form uncheck that box also.
Back up your database frequently. You need to back up the schedule_be600.accdb file at least every 3 days. Version 6.02 will remind you if you back up is older.
