On the Reports tab on the left side you will see a drop down menu for tables. You may open any of the table and select all the records and hit Control + C. You can open Excel or another spreadsheet program and paste the records into a new sheet. From the spreadsheet program you can slice and dice you data anyway you choose. It is also possible to create a link between the spreadsheet file and the schedule_be600.mdb file. This is done best using Excel 2007. Google linking Access 2007 database to Excel for detailed assistance. Make a backup of Schedule_be600.mdb before dong any linking operation.
